NHS North East and Yorkshire Leadership Academy provides a wide range of development opportunities including coaching and mentoring, formal development programmes, workshops and masterclasses, organisation and systems development consultancy, and thought leadership. The Ways to Wellbeing ‘open narrative system’ website is a way of capturing some examples that work towards the prevention of wellbeing difficulties at work, addressing problems once they arise or are aiming for growth, development and innovation. It is an attempt at collective action and community based wisdom for a cultures of wellness, and aims to capture and share lots of great practice around staff wellbeing and mental health.
