James Faraday is a Dementia Research Fellow with the Applied Research Collaborative North East and North Cumbria (ARC NENC). He has worked with experts by experience to develop a training programme to support good practice in mealtime care for people living with dementia.
To help to share this training, James has worked with care home managers, staff, residents, family carers, and other people with experience of the topic, to develop a clear and accessible animation which explains the training in a simple way.
He has also developed an engaging, short film to explain the work.
Both are excellent resources for anyone involved in the care of people living with dementia.
