The North East and Yorkshire Leadership Academy (NEYLA) is offering a series of free, virtual workshops to support colleagues across the system to strengthen their improvement knowledge and skills.
The Improvement Fundamentals sessions provide a practical introduction to the mindset, thinking and principles that underpin successful improvement – helping staff build confidence to understand problems and make meaningful changes in practice.
There are two upcoming sessions, designed with linked themes but also accessible as standalone workshops:

These workshops are ideal for anyone involved in improving services, whether you are new to improvement or looking to strengthen your approach. They offer practical tools and methods that can be applied across a wide range of health and care settings.
By developing a shared understanding of improvement principles, these sessions support a more consistent, person-centred and evidence-informed approach to change – aligned with the wider ambition for neighbourhood health and continuous improvement across the system.
