The programme has been co-created by the North East branch of the Association of Directors of Adult Social Services (ADASS), the NHS North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board, the Northern Housing Consortium, and the TEC Services Association (TSA); with many other partners involved too.

It is focused on three important areas of work:

• Older people – more suitable housing option and the use of technology to support older people to live independently
• Complex needs – high quality homes with wrap around support for people with complex needs
• Warm and dry homes – ensuring those who live in rented properties have a warm and dry home
