Introduction
A video and toolkit showcasing a reasonably adjusted clinic for patients with a learning disability.

The aim is to help health and social care professionals to better support patients with a learning disability, and help reduce the number of avoidable deaths through respiratory conditions. Although asthma focused, the learning and materials can be adapted for use across other long term condition areas.
