The Introduction to Leadership and Management Programme is ideal for:

What to expect

The programme is delivered virtually across five half‑day sessions, each running from 10:00am to 1:00pm. The sessions focus on essential leadership and management skills and are designed to build learning progressively across the programme.

All sessions are mandatory. Applicants should therefore ensure they are available for all dates before applying.

Places on the programme are limited and demand is expected to be high. A shortlisting process will be used to ensure participants are well positioned to gain maximum benefit from the programme.
