For the first time in history, many teams have 5 generations in their workforce. This brand-new programme from the North East and Yorkshire Leadership Academy (NEYLA) is designed to consider the benefits and challenges for managers and leaders of multi-generational teams.
Working with many different expectations, perspectives and preferences means that leaders need to be equipped with the abilities to attract, recruit, inspire, influence and retain people of all ages working in different workspaces with different preferences.
The programme will be a suite of 3 half-day focused sessions with complementary content. Dates are as follows:

Who is it for?
The places will be offered to leaders or managers of any age, any banding, any professional background, and any type of NHS organisation. The only requirement is that you are a line manager of a team and, for session 3, have some experience of coaching skills in management (you don’t need to be a qualified coach but this session does require some knowledge of coaching as a leadership style).
