Rather than offering a simple framework, the research provides a powerful reflection of the lived experience of system leadership, highlighting the importance of relationships, shared learning, and collective leadership in driving meaningful change.

To bring these insights to life, we’re hosting a Connect & Learn session on Wednesday 1 July, 1.00–2.30pm.
This interactive session will share key findings from the report and create space to explore what they mean in practice for our system. It will also be an opportunity to connect as a community – recognising that system change happens not in isolation, but through how we learn and act together.
During the session, we will reflect on how we balance structured delivery with the more complex, people-centred work of change, share experiences of working across boundaries, and identify practical opportunities to strengthen our learning community. Together, we will explore what collective action could look like and co-create next steps for the future.
