The North East and Yorkshire Leadership Academy has developed a short, practical learning offer to support people working across boundaries: Leading Together: Systems Leadership Microburst Videos. This series builds on the success of the Academy’s Leading Together masterclasses and offers focused learning that can be accessed flexibly, at any time.

As Don Berwick and Lord Darzi have highlighted, leadership in health and care is not about individual authority, but about collective effort across the system. The Leading Together resources reflect this by focusing on leadership at every level and across all staff groups.
