Workplace wellbeing - thrive not survive
2 hour virtual session - for all staff across health and care.

An interactive workshop to reflect on personal resilience and build a personal wellbeing toolkit. What you will learn:

  • Understand resilience and what it means to us as individuals
  • How to spot the signs and symptoms of stress in yourself and others
  • Working on our own attention, awareness and focus – noticing the impact of thoughts, emotions, and feelings
  • Spending time experiencing a ‘Pick and Mix’ of activities and tools to build resilience

Navigating transition - a self-coaching approach
2 hour virtual session - for all staff across health and care.

This empowering session looks at how you can coach yourself to help reach your goals or make sense of something that is bothering you. You will also discover how you can become more self-aware as a coach or leader.

What you will learn:

  • Understand what self-coaching is and the benefits it brings
  • Know what skills are required to be able to self-coach including how to raise self awareness
  • Understand the steps to self-coach and have some models to help guide you
  • Have experienced and practised having a coaching conversation

One-to-one confidential coaching
Between one and four 1 hour virtual sessions - for all staff across health and care.

Coaching is about having a one-to-one, confidential, structured conversations with a purpose. Coaching can support you with developing your resilience and wellbeing, going through change, navigating and overcoming situations, looking at career options, enhancing and improving your performance and in many other situations.

One-to-one Resilience@Work diagnostic and coaching conversation
Completion of a short diagnostic followed up by a one-to-one confidential coaching session - for all staff across health and care.

Resilience@Work (R@W) is a research-based diagnostic tool which can measure resilience as an individual and as a leader. The tool is designed specifically for the workplace and considers the impact of work context on resilience. The questions can be completed online in 10-20 minutes. This is followed up by a confidential individual coaching session where actions to improve and build on current resilience are agreed.

2 hour virtual session - for health and care team leaders.

This workshop will help team leaders to develop their knowledge and skills when supporting staff through change - including career change. The session will begin by exploring the importance of self-awareness as a team leader. It will cover fundamental behaviours for having a person-centred conversation that can be applied to such areas as wellbeing, personal and career development and problem solving. You will have access to tools and support materials than can be used as part of a conversational approach.
