Unfortunately, we cannot access a certificate on your behalf. This must be done through your user account.
For Oliver McGowan training, please allow up to 5 working days for the trainer to close the session. This action will automate an evaluation email directing you to complete the evaluation. Once the evaluation is complete you will be able to access your certificate.
To access your certificate, you need to:
Please note that not all learning has an evaluation and/or certificate enabled.
You can view a video tutorial of the above steps via our YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kq28ye6VSq4
In the ‘My account’ section, go to ‘My dashboard’ by selecting ‘Home’ from the left‑hand menu.
Under ‘My upcoming events’, select the session you are booked onto.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and choose ‘Withdraw from event’, then confirm your choice.
You can follow the booking steps above to register for an alternative session if required.
Oliver McGowan elearning may be accessed via different platforms (for example: ESR, e‑Learning for Healthcare, or the Learning Academy platform).
You should save a copy of your completion certificate. This certificate should be sent to your HR, OD, or training administrator so it can be recorded on your training record.
If you complete the elearning via ESR, it may be recorded automatically, depending on your organisation’s setup.
Please note that you do not need to input when you completed the elearning on your Learning Academy account.
If your organisation uses ESR, you may need to send a copy of your certificate to your HR or OD team so they can upload it manually. Local processes may vary by organisation.
