Brought to you by Boost in collaboration with North Cumbria Knowledge and Library Service, this LUNCH & LEARN session on 14 August 2024 saw Paul Williams (Senior Organisation Development and Improvement Partner) and Heidi Williams (Organisation Development and Improvement Partner) deliver a presentation on ‘“Blame is the Enemy of Safety” – Responding the South Tees Way’.
Our LUNCH & LEARNs are short, informal events that take place at lunchtime – while you take a break and eat, you can listen to our invited speaker as they give a short talk sharing information about their work, as well as their experience of improvement.
This session gave a short run through the South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust’s journey to implementing Restorative Justice across the organisation. Paul and Heidi shared their progress, including highlights and challenges.
