Brought to you by Boost in collaboration with North Cumbria Knowledge and Library Service, this Lunch & Learn session on 22 November 2023 saw Karen Kirk (Boost Programme Manager, North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board) deliver a presentation on ‘Co-Production: What does it really mean?’.
Our Lunch & Learns are short, informal events that take place at lunchtime – while you take a break and eat, you can listen to our invited speaker give a short talk sharing information about their work, as well as their experience of improvement.
This session helped to build confidence and capability around what co-production is and is not. We heard about the behaviours required for creating a collaborative approach to service design and improvement, and learned how to inspire others to get involved.
