Brought to you by Boost in collaboration with North Cumbria Knowledge and Library Service, this LUNCH & LEARN session on 16 September 2025 saw Mabel Lie and Caro Claisse (researchers at Newcastle University) deliver a presentation on ‘Engaging with migrant mothers about antenatal care through co-creation’.

This session introduced their participatory and inclusive approach developed across two projects, in which migrant mothers were engaged in co-creating an antenatal care resource. We heard about the creative methods used and how they drew on a range of resources to make their research responsive and adaptable.
