Brought to you by CLIC in collaboration with North Cumbria Knowledge and Library Service, this Lunch & Learn session on 30 June 2022 saw Hannah Reeson (District Nurse Team Lead at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS FT) deliver a presentation on ‘Leading others through change’. 

During this presentation, Hannah discussed an organisational change that has been implemented. The session covered the behaviours that were observed, and how the change was communicated and led. Hannah also talked about what models and theories were used to implement this change.
