Brought to you by CLIC in collaboration with North Cumbria Knowledge and Library Service, this Lunch & Learn session on 18 May 2023 saw Anne Forrest (People Promise Manager, North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust) deliver a presentation on ‘Staff Retention and the NHS People Promises’.
This session provided the opportunity to gain an understanding of the NHS 7 People Promises and how they relate to retention. It also provided an overview of some of the work being delivered at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust to improve staff experience so people may want to continue working healthier for longer at the trust.
