The Personalised Care Institute (PCI) is a virtual organisation, accountable for setting the standards for evidence-based training in personalised care in England
They will be hosting their Personalised Care Institute (PCI) annual virtual conference ‘The Multi-morbidity Challenge: A Personalised Care Approach’ on 26th September.

Prior to the conference, they will be holding Personalised Care Week 2024 that includes a four-day ‘roadshow’ of webinars, videos and educational activities, including the half day Annual Conference.
Starting on Monday 23rd and running to Thursday 26th September, they will be delivering a series of webinars, exploring vital topics related to multi-morbidity, including hospital admissions, ethnic inequalities and healthy ageing.
There will also be sessions on the lived experience of having multiple long-term health conditions, the role of co-production and examples from clinical practice, as well as a showcase of posters on how personalised care can help with the multi-morbidity challenge.
