At the heart of our health and care system is a strong commitment to the wellbeing of every staff member and volunteer across the North East and North Cumbria.

To support this, a health and wellbeing offer has been launched on the Boost platform – designed to help you prioritise your own health, whether you’re delivering frontline care, working behind the scenes, or giving your time as a volunteer.

Taking care of your wellbeing isn’t just about preventing illness – it’s about building resilience, reducing stress, and supporting your mental and emotional health so you can thrive both at work and beyond.

What’s on offer?

We’ve brought together a wide range of resources to support your:

  • Emotional wellbeing
  • Physical health
  • Financial planning
  • Workplace resilience

The webpage also features quick access to popular wellbeing apps like Bright Sky and Stay Alive, which are now promoted for both staff/volunteers and the wider public. Additionally, digital “moments that matter” cards are available to help teams recognise and celebrate one another.

Support during organisational change

We understand that times of change can be particularly challenging. If you’re navigating organisational change and need support with your wellbeing, decision-making, or next steps, visit our dedicated organisational change page for tailored guidance and resources.
