A new website offering evidence-based resources for mental health professionals supporting trauma-exposed children and young people is now available to access, free of charge.
The ‘Child and Adolescent Trauma Resources’ website has been developed by a team of leading academics and clinicians, and offers a single point of access to high-quality and trusted resources. The work has been supported by the NIHR Applied Research Collaboration (ARC) North East and North Cumbria.
The site holds a wide range of information and tools for professionals, including supervision tools, animations and leaflets for young people and caregivers, and resources to support practice. It also offers e-learning sessions to support the delivery and supervision of therapists using trauma-focused therapies. You can read more about this new trauma-focused CBT resource.
