Workforce Voices is a five-year NIHR funded research partnership aimed at tackling NHS recruitment and retention challenges, particularly in primary care and maternity services within underserved areas. Over the past year, the Workforce Voices team have held scoping conversations with colleagues across the UK who have helped shape the scope of current and future projects.
The team would like to invite colleagues to attend a Workforce Voices Learning Event to hear from them, how these insights have influenced their work, more detail on future projects and importantly, share feedback and ideas from the health and social care community. Colleague perspectives will be vital to ensure that projects continue to reflect real-world needs and challenges.
