The North East and North Cumbria Programme for Tobacco Dependency is a comprehensive training programme to equip the North East and North Cumbria workforce with the skills to identify and treat tobacco dependency and support wider tobacco control.
The programme is designed to support the delivery of the NHS Long Term Plan and the Tobacco Control Plan for England. The programme is funded by Health Education England and delivered by Fresh.
