We know that when we listen to feedback from patients, carers and families, we make better decisions about future health and care services.
This month saw the launch of our new People’s Hub: a new way for people in our region to have their say about health and care services.
Whether it’s maternity, cancer or children’s health, people’s real experiences can help to guide us in planning the services of the future. People’s Hub members will receive an easy-to-read monthly update with news of current projects, how to have your say, and how patients’ voices are making a difference. As a People’s Hub member, you can take part as much or as little as you want – choosing the issues and subjects that interest you.
As a member of the Boost community, you may be able to help by sharing news of the People’s Hub – or join up and share your own thoughts. After all, every one of us relies on health and care services in our own lives.
