A new report from the Northern Triangle explores the real-world challenge of leading change across health and care systems – where solutions lie beyond the control of any single organisation. Rather than offering a simple framework, the research provides a powerful reflection of the lived experience of system leadership, highlighting the importance of relationships, shared learning, and collective leadership in driving meaningful change. Boost is proud to feature in this work as a relational learning system – focused on building the “social glue” that enables improvement across partners and communities. To bring these insights to life, we hosted a Connect & Learn session on Wednesday 1 July. This interactive session […]
April is Stress Awareness Month, a time to raise awareness of stress, its impact on our lives, and the importance of looking after our mental and emotional wellbeing. Stress is a natural response to pressure, but when it becomes prolonged or overwhelming it can affect our health, relationships and ability to function well day to day. Across health, care and community services, ongoing change, high demand and complexity can increase this risk. Taking time to notice stress, talk about it openly and access the right support is an important step in protecting wellbeing. Remembering the whole person While work can be a source of pressure, it’s important to remember […]

Peter said: “We’re really proud to launch this… The platform will act as a central reference point for best practices and policy updates related to environmental sustainability across our region.” The ICB’s sustainability programme aims to lead […]
