We’re pleased to share that a new Digital Inclusion Awareness Training module is now live on the Boost learning academy.
As digital tools and services become an increasingly important part of health and care, it’s vital that we recognise and address the barriers that can prevent people from accessing them. This short, practical eLearning module is designed to build awareness of digital inclusion and support colleagues to take a more inclusive approach in their everyday work.
The Digital Inclusion Awareness Training course equips learners with the knowledge and understanding needed to recognise the significance of digital inclusion in health and care settings. The module explores common barriers to digital access and highlights practical ways to support individuals who may be digitally excluded, helping to ensure fair and equitable access to essential services.
By the end of the course, learners will feel more confident in considering digital inclusion throughout service design and delivery, contributing to improved experiences for patients, service users and communities.
This training is designed for anyone involved in health and care, as well as anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of digital inclusion. No prior knowledge is required, making it accessible to colleagues at all levels and across all roles.
